Don't we all just want to be rich, healthy, and successful? As life sneaks up on us and can quickly get chaotic, it is best to start preparing yourself to be your absolute best person all while taking care of your responsibilities during the process as well. Remember that nobody is perfect and it is okay to make mistakes along your journey. Stress can heavily negatively affect your body physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is important to try to remain as active as you can and/or temporarily distract yourself from your stressors. Consistently refilling your body with nourishing foods and beverages is essential. The COVID-19 Virus (Corona Virus, "the rona," etc.) has decided it is not leaving without leaving an everlasting mark in history by uniquely touching everyone. Due to making a showstopping appearance, it has found a way to shut down entire countries on various scales such as non-essential businesses closing, stores rationing toilet paper/paper towels and Lysol, people losing their jobs and having no other source of income, and students are not able to attend school as normal. Government officials have been encouraging and enforcing people to practice social distancing and self-quarantining. Gatherings in large crowds and events are canceled until further notice (i.e. sports, cruises, festivals, bars, dining in restaurants, etc) in efforts to reduce the illness from spreading to more people.
